Ignacio, Managing Partner, holds more than 20 years of experience within the sectors of consultancy, Industry and Leadership Services. Ignacio Bao is currently Chairman of the Board of Signium International, a global Executive Search firm.

Prior to founding Bao & Partners, he spent eight years with two major multi-national Executive Search firms, H. Neumann International and recently Heidrick & Struggles, where he worked as Senior Partner during the last 5 years, managing the Professional Services Practice for Europe and Latin America.

Ignacio formerly worked as Division General Manager for an Industrial public company, and he began his career with Arthur Andersen. Ignacio is fluent in Spanish, Portuguese and English.
