As Director of Customer Service, Ieshia leads a team of service professionals in providing the foundation of support upon which ICMI is built. A 12-year veteran of the service industry, Ieshia began her career as a customer service representative, which allowed her to build an awareness of the complexities involved in the day-to-day operation of a contact center environment. She proved her metal early on, and moved quickly into a leadership position. As callers to ICMI can attest, Ieshia is a virtuoso in the art of telephone etiquette (having trained reps for years on the skill). Her laid-back demeanor and pleasant personality have earned her many accolades from customers, just as her proactive approach to management and process improvement have gained her the respect and appreciation of ICMI staff and associates.
