Ido Warshavski has served as our General Counsel & Corporate Secretary since September 2004. Prior to joining us from September 1999 to August 2004 Mr. Warshavski was a corporate attorney at Proskauer Rose LLP in New York where he practiced general corporate and securities law representing clients in public and private offerings mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters. Prior to that from June 1997 to July 1998 Mr. Warshavski practiced commercial litigation at the firm of Weksler Bregman & Co. in Tel Aviv handling a variety of commercial disputes and served as a junior lecturer in Civil Procedure at the College of Management Law School. Prior to that from March 1996 until March 1997 as an intern at the firm of S. Horowitz & Co he specialized in the areas of employment law and medical malpractice. Mr. Warshavski holds an LL.B. cum laude from the College of Management Law School in Israel and an LL.M. from Duke University School of Law in Durham North Carolina. |
