Ms. Wolf has been a director of the Company since October, 2005. She is a member of the Audit Committee of the Board. Ms. Wolf was appointed president of Barnes Distribution in 2006 and remains vice president of Barnes Group Inc. She previously was president of Barnes Distribution North America from 2004 through 2005. She joined Barnes Group Inc. as vice president and as chief operating officer of Barnes Distribution in 2000. Barnes Distribution is a leading distributor of maintenance, repair, operating and production supplies with distribution centers in North America, Europe and Asia. |
