Ian Tavener is responsible for managing all international company operations and playing a primary role in international sales and business development activities. Ian has built the sales, delivery and support capabilities for a number of business applications vendors in the AP region; most recently with leading Australian human resources software vendor Talent2. Prior to this Ian was Vice President Asia Pacific for campaign management systems pioneer Xchange (formerly Exchange Applications), where he was successful in starting their operations in the region and growing their team to deliver successful projects right across Asia Pacific. Ian joined Xchange from PSDI (now MRO Software) where he held a number of management positions including General Manager for Australia & New Zealand and Manager for Project Management products in the UK. Ian has an electronic engineering background with a B.Sc. and M.Eng. from the University of Bath, England. |
