Mr. Hart holds a degree in Business Economics from UC Santa Barbara and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant. He obtained six years of public accounting experience at Ernst & Whinney (now Ernst & Young) and at a West L.A. accounting firm. Mr. Hart has experience in mortgage banking managing a $40 million loan pipeline and as a financial consultant at Merrill Lynch responsible for $30 million in assets for corporations and high net worth individuals. For the last 9 years, Hart has held senior level positions in both Finance and Operations for public and private companies in their developmental stage or turnaround mode. He has extensive experience in SEC reporting, finance and accounting, strategic planning and operations. |
