Mr. Cumming has served as Chairman of the Board of FINOVA since August 2001. Since 1978, Mr. Cumming has also served as a director and Chairman of the Board of Leucadia National Corporation, a diversified company engaged in a variety of businesses (Leucadia), which has an indirect 25% interest in FINOVA. Mr. Cumming has served as a director of Skywest, Inc. (a Utah-based regional air carrier) since June 1986 and HomeFed Corporation (HomeFed) (a publicly held real estate development Company) since May 1999. Mr. Cumming has served as a member of the Board of Managers of Premier Entertainment Biloxi, LLC (the owner of Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Biloxi Mississippi) from April 2005 to present.
