Ian Leavy concentrates his practice in the areas of Labor and Employment law. He provides counseling to local, state, and national clients regarding labor relations and general employment practices and procedures. As part of his practice focus, Mr. Leavy has been trained in I-9 procedures and employer sanctions and provides assistance to employers in this area of legal compliance. Mr. Leavy also practices in the area of Employee Benefits law. He provides counseling to nationally based clients regarding employee benefits issues including ERISA, the Internal Revenue Code, and other federal legislation, and can be of assistance in this regard in planning and designing employee benefits packages as they relate to foreign workers.
