Mr. Ashken is Vice Chairman and Chief Financial Officer of the Company and until February 15, 2007 was also Secretary of the Company. Mr. Ashken was appointed to the Board of Directors on June 25, 2001 and became Vice Chairman, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary effective September 24, 2001. Mr. Ashken is also a principal and executive officer of a number of private investment entities. Mr. Ashken was the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bollé Inc. from December 1998 until February 2000. From February 1997 until his appointment as Vice Chairman, Mr. Ashken was the Chief Financial Officer and a director of Bollé, Inc. Mr. Ashken previously held positions as Chief Financial Officer and a director of Lumen Technologies, Inc. from May 1996 to December 1998 and Benson Eyecare Corporation from October 1992 to May 1996. |
