Ian D. Clough is Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Finance for DHL, overseeing all aspects of the controlling, accounting, costing, billing and collections operations for the United States.
Prior to assuming his position with DHL in the U.S. in October 2004,
Mr. Clough served as Director of Global Finance Business Process and Organization, based at the headquarters of DHL International in Brussels, Belgium. In this position, he was responsible for managing all of the integration activities in the finance area for the new DHL business, including revising the organizational structure of the finance organization and the development and roll out of a standardized accounting system across the globe.
Mr. Clough’s pre-integration positions with DHL included serving as Chief Financial Officer for Europe (2001 to 2002), Chief Financial Officer for DHL United Kingdom (1999 to 2001), Financial Controller for DHL United Kingdom (1997 to 1999), and Chief Financial Officer of DHL Finland and Baltic States (1995 to 1997).
Mr. Clough began his career with DHL more than 12 years ago. He had previously worked with Ernst & Young in London. |
