Dr. Zucker has over 12 years experience as a practicing internal medical physician and is board certified in internal medicine with a master’s degree in Human Nutrition. Dr. Zucker is a diplomat of the American Academy of Managed Care Physicians and the American Board of Quality Assurance and Utilization Review Physician’s, Inc.
Dr. Zucker joined the Company in 1999 as its Medical Director after having served in a similar capacity for a large multi-physician center in West Palm Beach, Florida since 1994.
Some notable contributions have been his design and implementation of the Partners In Quality (PIQ) Program, a novel doctor-friendly reimbursement plan based on quality. He continues to be involved in the development of the Disease Management Program, which is aimed at reducing the costs of high-risk patients.
Dr. Zucker completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York and Graduated from New York Medical College |
