Coming from a highly technical software development background, Hussain is well-versed in a wide range of hardware platforms, languages, development environments, technologies, databases, automated testing tools, case tools, and graphic design packages.Hussain began his career as a Systems Analyst for the Pakistan International Airline Corporation in Karachi, Pakistan. During his tenure there he analyzed the airline's Online Tracking and Scheduling System, and designed relational database for improved performance and reliability. From there he moved on to serve as a Programmer Analyst for Sidat Hyder Morshed Associates. He also worked as a systems analyst for Systems (Pvt.) Ltd. & IBM, automating the Karachi Stock Exchange.Prior to joining Nodus, Hussain worked as a software design engineer for Safetran Systems. While there, he helped develop a revolutionary geographic train control system based on a linear network of railway signalling objects. Previously, he was a project manager at California State University, San Bernardino responsible for the design and implementation of the Graduate Admission System for the Computer Science Department.Hussain earned his Master of Computer Science degree from the California State University San Bernardino and his Bachelor of Computer Science Degree from the FAST Institute of Computer Science, University of Karachi, Karachi, Pakistan. |
