Ms. Siddiqi's practice focuses on automotive, toxic tort, and other general litigation matters. She manages the toxic tort litigation on a national level for a major automotive manufacturer. In this capacity, she is involved in key decisions from case inception through trial.
Ms. Siddiqi has also represented clients in numerous industries, including pharmaceutical, legal, medical, insurance, environmental, business and commercial. Her prior pharmaceutical client representations include Wyeth (as part of the Michigan fen-phen litigation). She successfully obtained the dismissal of several fen-phen cases through aggressive motion practice. She also coordinated the medical expert team for the Wyeth cases, and worked with the experts on both national and case specific issues. |
