Huiya Wu joined Kenyon & Kenyon's New York offices as an associate in the fall of 1999. She specializes in patent litigation in the chemical, pharmaceutical and electrical fields and has been involved in various stages of patent infringement litigations, including pre-trial investigation, discovery, motion practice, trial, and appellate practice. Her recent litigations involve technology ranging from antibiotics and oral contraceptives, to mass spectrometers. Ms. Wu's practice also includes prosecution and opinion matters in the chemical arts.
Ms. Wu is fluent in Mandarin and is a member of the Litigation and Life Sciences practice groups.
