A respected search professional with more than 15 years of experience, Hugo also provides consultation to professional services firms, recruiting IT practice leaders for leading audit, management consulting, accounting, and investment firms. Hugo’s search career includes being a principal with Morgan Samuels Company and a principal with Korn/Ferry International. During his seven-year tenure with Korn/Ferry, he was instrumental in the creation of the CIO Center of Expertise. While serving as an economist with Chase Econometrics and The WEFA Group (Wharton Economic Forecasting Associates), Hugo refined his strategic process management and developed superior communications abilities in working with a diverse clientele. Hugo received both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in agricultural economics from the University of Connecticut. He is based in the firm’s New York office. |
