Hugh Wiedman has over 30 years of senior level experience in real estate acquisitions and development in the South Florida market. His responsibilities include discovering high-end luxury condominium opportunities in South Florida and other major urban markets throughout the Unites States. Mr. Wiedman was previously Director of Development with Dahlawi Group, a real estate investment group with properties worldwide, which included the downtown Hyatt Regency Hotel, the initial restoration of the Freedom Tower, and the former Columbus/McAllister Hotel which was redeveloped in 1990 to the Columbus Bazaar Retail Center. He was also Director of Acquisitions for Worsham Brothers Development Group where he was involved with the restoration and redevelopment of the Coral Gables Biltmore Hotel. Mr. Wiedman received a Bachelors of Science Degree from the University of Miami in Biology and Chemistry and a Masters of Business Administration from UM with a concentration in Finance and Marketing. |
