Hugh Kelly joined NEI in June 2006 as the Vice President of Worldwide Marketing. Previously, he was CEO and co-founder of West Ridge Networks, a telecommunications management software start-up. He served as Senior Vice President, Marketing and Business Development at Celox Networks where he was responsible for all aspects of marketing for a highly scalable edge router targeted at Tier 1 carriers. Prior to Celox, he was Vice President, Marketing for Visual Networks. Visual was the market leader in WAN service level management solutions, partnering with the leading service providers including AT&T, MCI, Sprint and Verizon. He joined Visual through the acquisition of Net2Net where he was Vice President of Marketing with responsibility for product management, marketing communications and planning. Under his leadership, Net2Net transitioned from an ATM analyzer focus to developing an embedded management tool for carrier networks. Majoring in Economics, he earned a BA degree from Linfield College in Oregon. He also holds a Master’s degree from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles. |
