As Vice President of Operations for Halifax beginning in April 2002, Mr. Foley is responsible for all aspects related to the development and delivery of services and support to over 1,000 Enterprise Maintenance clients. Mr. Foley joined Halifax in November 1998, initially to manage and implement the Virginia Department of Transportation / Virginia Retirement Systems seat management contract. Prior to joining Halifax, Mr. Foley spent 16 years in the computer service industry in various sales, operations and financial management positions with Sorbus, Bell Atlantic Business Systems, and DecisionOne. In addition, Mr. Foley has held key management positions with value added reseller organizations such as Emtec, Inc., MicroAge, Pride Technologies and Computerware. Hugh has a Masters in Business Administration from Drexel University and is a graduate of Villanova University with a BS in Business Administration, with a major in accounting. |
