Mr. Barton was a key organizer in the purchase of Foothill Bank, the precursor to Bank of Los Altos. He served on the Loan, Audit and Personnel committees, and was named to serve on Heritage Commerce Corporation's board after Bank of Los Altos merged with that entity. He is a private investor. |
