Hugh has made a profound impact on DynaBil since he founded it with Michael Grosso in 1977. Under his leadership, the company has grown to become an industry leader with 200 employees and a 65,000 s.f. facility. Outside DynaBil, Hugh has served on governing boards for the Aerospace Industries Association, the Columbia Greene Community Foundation, and the Troy Savings Bank, among others. As a SUNY Trustee for Columbia-Greene Community College, he is very active in ensuring the college's future in light of the new vision for its parent institution, the State University of New York.
