Mr. Wall is the partner-in-charge of the Dayton office of Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP. He is a 1968 graduate of the University of St. Thomas, St. Paul, Minnesota where he received his undergraduate degree in political science. Mr. Wall received his law degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 1972. Although a general practioner, Mr. Wall concentrates his law practice on business, real estate and construction law. Mr. Wall has represented privately held businesses, large and small, for over 34 years. He represents multinational corporations and lending institutions in a variety of matters, both domestic and international. He also represents not-for-profit entities. Mr. Wall serves on numerous for profit and not-for-profit boards. Mr. Wall has lectured on real estate and construction topics. Mr. Wall is admitted to practice before the Courts and administrative agencies of the State of Ohio, the Federal District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals and the U. S. Tax Court. Mr. Wall has been active in the Dayton, Ohio State (Professional Ethics Committee) and American Bar Associations and is member of The Lawyers Club in Dayton. He is a former president of the Dayton Bar Association. |
