Chip Evans is a founder of SBGi and serves as its President and CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors. Mr. Evans is an entrepreneur and has founded and lead other companies, including VantagePoint Development LLC, VantagePoint Properties LLC, Shiloh Ventures LLC, BCPartners LLC, The Evans Consulting Group, Solid Ground Financial LLC, and Evansong Music. His professional experience includes general management, finance, marketing, sales and human resources.

Recent executive positions include Chief Administrative Officer of digiGroups, General Manager - Americas and VP Worldwide Finance for SimulTrans LLC. Mr. Evans previously held executive positions with Fairchild Semiconductor, National Semiconductor, Silicon Valley Group, Kubota Graphics, Ready Systems, Resource Publications and Hewlett-Packard.

Mr. Evans has a long history of community service and has held positions as Vice President and Member Board of Directors, Sacred Heart Community Service; Member Board of Directors and Vice President of Administration, Boy Scouts of America Santa Clara Council; and President, Airport Traffic Relief Alliance of Silicon Valley.

Mr. Evans holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Chelsea University. He began his undergraduate studies at Santa Clara University and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Behavior from the University of San Francisco.
