Hugh C. Nickson, III practices corporate and securities law, with an emphasis on mergers, acquisitions, public offerings and private placements. He was born in Wetumpka, Alabama in 1965. He earned his undergraduate degree from Birmingham-Southern College in 1987. Mr. Nickson earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Alabama in 1995. He served on the Editorial Board of the Alabama Law Review from 1993 to 1995. Mr. Nickson is a member of the Farrah Law Society and the Order of the Coif.
