Huat-Seng Lim Ph.D. has served on our board of directors since December 2001. Since July 2001 Dr. Lim has served as the Group General Manager of Wearnes Technology Pte. Ltd. a subsidiary of WBL Corporation Limited and has served on the boards of directors of several of Wearnes Technology Group's subsidiaries and associate companies. From 1995 to 1998 Dr. Lim served as Vice President and Managing Director Asia Pacific of Packard Bell NEC Inc. and from 1989 to 1994 Dr. Lim served in various capacities and finally as a Vice President and a division officer of Compaq Computer Corporation. He also held senior management positions in several multinational corporations including Digital Equipment Corporation and Sime Darby Berhad. Dr. Lim has also served as a professor at the University of Science of Malaysia and as a computer consultant to the Prime Minister's Department of Malaysia. Dr. Lim holds a B.E.E. (Honors) from the University of Queensland Australia and a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of London United Kingdom. |
