Member of the Nominating and Corporate Governance CommitteeHUA LEE has been a member of our Board of Directors since February 2006. Mr. Lee has been Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of California Santa Barbara since 1990. Prior to his tenure at the University of California Santa Barbara he was on the faculty of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Mr. Lee received his B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from the National Taiwan University and M.S. and PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of California Santa Barbara. |
