Dr. Davis is the Vice President for Medical Affairs and Chief Medical Officer. In this role, he oversees Quality Management, Case Management and Risk Management. He is also the primary liaison to our Medical Staff of more than 200 physicians.
Dr. Davis came to PMC from O'Connor Hospital in San Jose, California, where he served as Chief Medical Officer from 2004-2007, and Chief Medical Information Officer from 2006-2007. Prior to that role, Dr. Davis was the Medical Director of the Emergency Department at that hospital for eight years, and he was a partner in Emergency Physicians Associates since 1980. He received his medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania and completed his Emergency Medicine Residency at Stanford University Medical Center, where he also served as a member of the clinical faculty for five years. |
