Howard W. Skip Barker joined priceline.com’s Board of Directors in 2003 and chairs its audit committee. He is a retired KPMG partner whose auditing career with the firm spanned 30 years. Mr. Barker became a KPMG partner in 1982 and served as the firm’s partner-in-charge of several departments including KPMG’s Executive Education Department the Mergers and Acquisitions practice in Connecticut and the Information Communications and Entertainment line of business for KPMG’s Stamford office. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of and is Chairman of the Audit Committee of Medco Health Solutions Inc. Mr. Barker is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Society of Certified Public Accountants. |
