Howard Rice joined MetaMetrics in 2006, bringing with him 30 years of corporate financial management experience. Rice came to MetaMetrics from Global Software, Inc. in Raleigh, N.C., where he served as finance director and a financial project assistant to the company’s chairman and CEO. Prior to Global Software, Rice worked for several years as a financial management consultant/contract CFO for various companies in North Carolina, including WebSourced, Inc., SAS Institute, and BioLink Life Sciences, Inc. Rice also served as the CFO and corporate secretary/treasurer for etrials Worldwide, Inc., and spent five years as director of administration and CFO for Magellan Laboratories, Inc. At MetaMetrics, Rice is responsible for the company’s accounting, finance, legal, investor relations and human resources functions. Rice holds a bachelor of science in mathematics and finance from Siena College in Loudonville, N.Y., and a master’s in business administration, with a concentration in operations research, from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, N.Y. |
