Howard K. Glick, a partner with Spain & Gillon, concentrates in litigation, representing casualty, surplus lines, life, disability and health insurance companies relative to coverage issues and actions for breach of contract, bad faith, fraud, ERISA and employment matters. Mr. Glick also practices in the areas of personal injury, products liability, warranty and surety defense. Mr. Glick has been in continuous practice representing insurers and their insureds throughout Alabama since 1993. He is admitted to practice in all federal courts in Alabama and the Eleventh and Sixth Circuit Courts of Appeals. Mr. Glick was born in Fort Rucker, Alabama, and was admitted to the Alabama Bar in 1993. He graduated from Middle Tennessee State University in 1990 with degrees in political science and history and received his Juris Doctor from Vanderbilt School of Law in 1993. He is a member of the Alabama State Bar, Birmingham Bar Association, Alabama Defense Lawyers Association, Defense Research Institute and the American Bar Association.
