Mr. Loewenberg has over seventeen years of investment banking experience, concentrated in the Media, Telecommunications, Financial Institutions and Technology sectors, with a particular focus on advising corporations in merger and acquisition (M&A) transactions and raising debt and equity capital for growth-related institutions. Prior to joining Signal Hill, Mr. Loewenberg spent most of his investment banking career with Alex. Brown & Sons Inc., its successor, Bankers Trust Corporation, and eventually Deutsche Bank Securities, ultimately serving as the Co-Head of the North American Telecommunications investment banking practice. Mr. Loewenberg also spent one year as a Managing Director with Moag & Company LLC, a boutique investment banking firm focused on providing advisory services to professional sports franchises and leagues, and three years as a Senior Managing Director with FTI Capital Advisors, the investment banking arm of FTI Consulting, Inc. Mr. Loewenberg holds an M.B.A. from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business and a B.A. in economics from Yale University.
