Howard Ross is a General Partner at LLR Partners, Inc. in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Howard has advised many of the leading venture capital backed growth companies in the Mid-Atlantic region. He currently serves on the board of CyberShift, excelleRx, and InnaPhase.



Prior to joining LLR Partners, Howard was a senior partner at Arthur Andersen LLP, which he joined in 1973. He served as partner-in-charge of Arthur Andersen's Growth Company Practice in the Greater Philadelphia market for 15 years. He built the practice into a highly profitable business that employed 90 people, including five partners, and held the dominant market share in the Greater Philadelphia region.



Howard holds a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated summa cum laude. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the AICPA and PICPA.
