Howard Koslow is President and Chief Operating Officer of two leading nationwide financial organizations he co-founded: Sun Capital HealthCare, Inc. that specializes in cash flow solutions for the healthcare industry, and Sun Capital, Inc. that specializes in commercial funding solutions. He is also President and Chief Operating Officer of Promise Healthcare, Inc., a prominent hospital company that currently owns and manages 12 hospitals (that employ more than 1,500 staff members) in six states and has active plans for strategic expansion.

Mr. Koslow’s multi-faceted financial industry career spans more than three decades, mostly spent in senior-level tenures at prominent national certified public accounting, financial services, and real estate firms. He has earned a national reputation as a skilled financial and operations manager and business re-structuring specialist with a significant and respected track record in incorporating asset-based lending as a major component in developing simple and complex financial solutions for a variety of commercial industries. Under his leadership, Sun Capital HealthCare, Inc. has sought and secured innovative legal and judicial precedent-setting solutions for healthcare companies and facilities in crisis as well as those in a rapid growth and expansion mode throughout the country. He is a director of the Commercial Finance Association (CFA) and has been an active board member of several successful NASDAQ-listed companies.
