Howard A. Chajson is a shareholder of Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, P.C. He concentrates his practice in the area of Civil Litigation, with a particular emphasis in Medical Malpractice. He also practices in the areas of Products Liability, Commercial Litigation, and General Liability. Mr. Chajson is admitted to practice before the Superior Court of Pennsylvania, Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. He is also a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and the Pennsylvania Defense Institute. Mr. Chajson graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Business in 1984, with a B.S. in Economics. He received his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1987, graduating cum laude and Order of Barristers. He was a member of Law Review, where he served as Notes and Comments Editor. He was also a member of the National Moot Court Team. |
