Horst Neller graduated with a Masters Degree from the University of Hamburg in 1982. In the following 10 years he held various Executive Controlling and Supply Chain Management positions in the aviation as well as high tech industries.

In 1992, he moved into Management Consulting. Since 1994 he has worked in the Executive Search Industry, in his penultimate role as Partner and member of various European Management Councils with Heidrick & Struggles Mülder & Partner. In March 2003 he joined Signium International as Managing Partner.

His main focus has been on assignments in the Telecommunication, IT and High Tech as well as Logistics Industries. From a functional perspective he has a high level of expertise in Supply Chain Management and Human resources recruiting for first and second management levels.
