Horst Daniel heads the litigation group at Faegre & Benson in Frankfurt and is also the executive partner of the Frankfurt office. Horst specializes in trademark, unfair competition and antitrust law and is experienced in all kinds of general commercial law matters. He has developed a highly specialized practice area for temporary and permanent injunctions. When the normal process before the German civil courts will not provide an adequate remedy, because of the length of normal civil court procedures, Horst strives to protect such rights within a few days or weeks after the occurrence of the triggering event through the instigation of injunctive measures.
