He has developed a highly specialized practice area for temporary and permanent injunctions. When the normal process before the German civil courts will not provide an adequate remedy, because of the length of normal civil court procedures, Horst strives to protect such rights within a few days or weeks after the occurrence of the triggering event through the instigation of injunctive measures.
