Homer is responsible for the oversight of the accounting and financial reporting functions, as well as project analysis & feasibility for all of Cullinan Properties’ business entities. He has over 30 years of experience in the field of accounting, comprised of both public and private sector service. Homer uses state of the art software that gives Cullinan financial analysis tools to accurately forecast, build and manage the multiple financial components of each development. Homer brings experience in all phases of mixed use, retail, residential and commercial property accounting and analysis. Prior to joining Cullinan Properties, Homer was the Controller of D. Joseph Companies, one of the Midwest’s largest real estate developers. As controller, he oversaw all areas of the accounting division including financial statement preparation, audit oversight, and federal and state income tax returns. Homer is a graduate of the University of Illinois with a Master of Management from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Illinois Society of Certified Public Accountants. |
