Mr. Smith was elected as a director of Medical Media on June 10, 2003. Since June 2000, Mr. Smith has been a partner in the law firm Kelly Lytton & Vann, LLP in Los Angeles, California specializing in the areas of corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and securities. From June 1967 to June 1979, Mr. Smith
was a partner of McDonald, Sanders, Ginsburg, Phillips, Maddox & Newkirk in Fort Worth, Texas. In 1979 Mr. Smith served as Vice President of the United States Trust Company of New York.
