Ms. Kirsner is an Associate in Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck's Denver office and a member of the Water & Public Lands and Land Use groups. Her practice focuses on water rights and land use. She assists clients with adjudication of ground water rights, annexation, zoning, entitlements and other land use development approvals. Prior to joining the firm, she was a water master for the Montana Water Court, where she presided over Montana's statewide adjudication of water rights. In addition, Ms. Kirsner served as a judicial law clerk to Justice Jim Regnier of the Montana Supreme Court. Before Ms. Kirsner became an attorney, she worked as a land use planner in Steamboat Springs, Colo. During her seven years in Steamboat Springs, she worked for the City and County on current and long range planning issues. |
