Holly M. Hicks practices in the areas of financial institutions regulation, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate law. She was born in Opelika, Alabama, and earned her undergraduate degree from the University of South Alabama. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Alabama, where she received the Hugo L.
