Hirotaka Oribe is a licensed architect with international experience in real estate development and urban planning. Since 1993, Mr. Oribe has served as an advisor to Kajima Development Resources, Inc. From 1979 to 1993, Mr. Oribe was Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and a Director of Kajima Development Corporation, a firm engaged in development and construction of single - multi-family housing, highrise office buildings, retail complex and land development in U.S., Europe and South East Asia. Mr. Oribe previously held other positions with Kajima Corporation of Japan from 1973 to 1979 and was a practicing architect from 1962 to 1973 at TAC in cambridge, Mass. and RTKL in Baltimore, MD.
Mr. Oribe holds Bachelor and Masters of Engineering from Waseda University in Tokyo, and holds a Master of Architecture in Urban Design from Harvard University's Graduate School of Design. He is also a licensed architect with the State of California and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
