Dr. Vu-Gia is a highly trained optometrist who has extensive experience in the field of laser vision correction. He is a certified operator for the VISX Star S4T, the Autonomous LADAR, and Intralase lasers and has co-managed thousands of LASIK procedures. Dr. Vu-Gia holds licenses to practice in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington D.C. After graduating from New York University, Dr. Vu-Gia received his Doctor of Optometry from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in Philadelphia. He is a member of several professional organizations, including the American Optometric Association, the Maryland Optometric Association, and the Virginia Optometric Association. In addition, Dr. Vu-Gia serves as a Clinical Examiner for the National Board of Examiners in Optometry.In his role as Clinical Director for Millennium Laser Eye Centers, Dr. Vu-Gia is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the center. He is also directly involved in developing and maintaining a network of eye care professionals, and provides doctors with clinical and technical advice regarding Laser Vision Correction. Dr. Vu-Gia is dedicated to providing the highest standard of optometric care and service to his patients. |
