Mr. Yu joined SINA in September 2004 as Vice President & Corporate Controller and has acted in his current capacity since May 2006. As CFO, Mr. Yu is responsible for the Company's Finance & Administration, Investor Relations, Information Services and International Operations. Prior to joining SINA, Mr. Yu held finance management positions at Adobe Systems, Cadence Design Systems and VeriFone. Mr. Yu began his career with Arthur Andersen and is a California Certified Public Accountant.
Mr. Yu graduated from the University of Southern California with a Masters of Accountancy degree (Dean's List) and from the University of California with a bachelor's degree in Economics with Honors. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and Financial Executive Institute (FEI). |
