Mr. Oggel is responsible for Terremark's European business in the Benelux region, Madrid, and the newly acquired operations in London.
Prior to joining Terremark in 2005, Mr. Oggel was CEO of Dedigate. Mr. Oggel has managed Dedigate since 2002 and was responsible for the company's global strategy and business execution. While under Mr. Oggel's leadership, Dedigate grew from a promising start-up to a market leader in high level managed hosting services with customers in Europe and the USA.
Mr Oggel has over 35 years of experience in the IT-Industry and prior to Dedigate he held Vice President positions at BEA, Sybase and Digital Equipment. Mr Oggel holds a degree in Electronic Engineering and has concluded studies at Harvard Business School (United States) and INSEAD Fontainebleau (France). |
