Has served on our board of directors since September 1999. Mr. Chang has been the President of InveStar Capital, Inc. since April 1996, the Chief Executive Officer of C Squared Management Corporation since April 2004, and a Managing Member of Forefront Associates, LLC since February 1998. Each of these companies serves as either the management company or general partner of privately-held venture funds that focus on investing in early-stage companies in the semiconductor, telecommunications and networking, software, and/or Internet industries. Mr. Chang serves on the board of directors of Marvell Technology Group Ltd., Oplink Communications, Inc., Vialta, Inc. and a number of private companies. Mr. Chang received a B.S. in geology from National Taiwan University and an M.B.A. from National Chiao Tung University in Taiwan. |
