Herb Kalman has over 25 years of public accounting experience with middle market companies. Mr. Kalman has been involved in business valuations for ESOPs since 1984. He has been involved in merger and acquisition transactions involving transactions ranging from less than $500,000 to transactions in excess of $50 million. A CPA since 1970, Mr. Kalman has been a partner with the National CPA firms of Deloitte & Touche. and Grant Thornton as well as the founder and former managing partner of his own CPA firm. Mr. Kalman has been a consultant and frequent speaker in areas of business valuation, merger and acquisition, ESOPs and practice management since 1984. Mr. Kalman has also been CFO of a Company where he generated cash through licensing and sales of technology, vendor negotiations and stock sales. Mr. Kalman received his BBA from the University of Houston. He is both a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Valuation Analyst. |
