Herbert J. Moltzan has been a director since January 1999. He has served as President and Chief Executive Officer since 1985. Mr. Moltzan also serves as the senior loan officer of the Bank. Mr. Moltzan is active in the Red Cross. He is also a member of the Boards of Directors of The 1st Tee Howard
County, the Better Business Bureau Educational Foundation, Camp Attaway Youth Camp, and the Maryland Bankers Association. Mr. Moltzan also serves as Treasurer of the Rotary Club of Columbia, Maryland. |
