Mr. Tate has been a director of NRG Energy since December 2003 pursuant to the NRG Energy plan of reorganization. Mr. Tate joined NiSource Inc. as Corporate Vice President Regulatory Strategy in July 2004. He was Of Counsel of Wolff & Samson P.C. a law firm since September 2002 to July 2004. Mr. Tate was Research Professor of Energy Policy Studies at the New Jersey Institute of Technology from April 2001 to September 2002 and President of New Jersey Board of Public Utilities from 1994 to March 2001. Mr. Tate is also a director of IDT Capital and IDT Spectrum. Previously Mr. Tate was a member of the Board of Directors for Central Vermont Public Service from April 2001 to June 2004 where he was a member of the Audit Committee. |
