Henry Serry serves as Senior Vice President of Koontz McCombs Construction, Ltd., and is responsible for all commercial construction operations. Mr. Serry is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. He has been in the construction industry in Central and South Texas for twenty-one years.
Mr. Serry began his career as a field engineer and has held the positions of Assistant Superintendent, Superintendent, Quality Control Manager, Estimator, Office Engineer, Project Manager and Operations Manager at various times during his career. His project experience covers a wide range of construction markets in both the public and private sectors. Project types include retail, military and government, institutional, educational, civil, medical, and office buildings; and have ranged from two hundred thousand to twenty-eight million dollars. Mr. Serry has experience in Design-Build, Construction Manager at Risk, and conventional Hard-Bid delivery methods. |
