Mr. Mendoza is the Managing Partner of Mendoza Berger & Company, LLP. His career spans more than nineteen years in public accounting with fourteen years of practice in Orange County, California. In addition to the management of the firm, Mr. Mendoza's responsibilities include overseeing auditing and accounting related services provided by the firm. With a broad range of experience in the financial arena Mr. Mendoza has enhanced the firm by dealing with both large and small corporations. He is experienced in reporting to the Security and Exchange Commission (SEC) and is registered to practice before them. He has experience in filings with publicly traded companies as well as being an arbitrator for the National Association of Securities Dealers.Through Mr. Mendoza's day-to-day dealings with the small business community he is aware of the economic, as well as political issues facing today's business people and decision makers. This unique experience, as well as his history of service with not-for-profits and the governmental sector enables him to serve both the public and his clients most effectively.
