Mr. Fan is a Managing Director in the Financial Institutions investment banking group of Friedman, Billings, Ramsey & Co., Inc. He specializes in advising companies involved in niche lending activities which include: mortgage companies, credit card companies, auto finance companies and other specialty lenders. At FBR, Mr. Fan has advised clients in the structuring and successful execution of numerous public offerings, private placements and M&A transactions.
Prior to joining FBR, Mr. Fan was a senior banker with Washington D.C. based Hamilton Securities Group, Inc., where he focused on portfolio analysis, deal structuring and execution of residential and commercial mortgage securitizations, and loan sales. During his 10 years of experience in the financial services investment banking industry, Mr. Fan has executed over $10 billion of transactions.
Mr. Fan received his Ph.D. degree from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. |
